Our typical Point One head studs for 2004+ LS engines are 190,000psi tensile strength, but you've asked for more clamping load without a 1/2" head stud size upgrade, and we delivered!

This kit is identical to our K003-H02S kit, but with studs in H220 instead of E190 material for an extra ~15% increase in clamping load when following P1 guidelines.

P1's H220 series fasteners are made from from US mill steel. All fasteners are individually racked and heat treated in vacuum furnaces under the supervision of Point One's full time metallurgist. Every thread is straightened and centerless ground for exceptional concentricity. Threads are rolled after heat treatment to provide optimal strength. 

Every critical fastener is made, start to finish, in our state-of-the-art facility in Rogersville, Missouri, USA.
