BTR 1500HP+ GAS/E85/M1 FUEL SYSTEM

If you're reaching for some serious BTR power, you don't want some mix and match fuel system. We've curated a fantastic fuel system with PTFE BTR plumbing and Aeromotive components to deliver! Starting with Aeromotives' proven 5.0 GPM pump, we've put together a system that will reliably pump gasoline, ethanol from E20-E100 and methanol! (power ratings for different fuels and combinations below).

We start with an ample -12AN PTFE lined hose from tank to pre-filter to pump to post-filter, then step-down to -10AN PTFE to the Y-adapter, to -8AN PTFE to plumb between the Y-adapter, rails, regulator and return line. We've included spare hose for all segments and a few spare fittings to make sure you have enough for positioning components in the best places, or fix a quick OOPS!

If you're hooking up to a BTR fuel rail kit, we've even added the rail fittings for both our standard -8AN ORB rails and our high flow -12AN ORB rails!

NOTE: You will need to fabricate an -8AN fuel crossover hose with BTR Intake/rail combinations, or purchase our Gas/Alcohol Compatible crossover fuel rail plumbing kit. 

NOTE: External fuel pumps are gravity-fed, you must feed from the bottom of the tank, mounting the pump as close to and under the fuel tank.
