All returns must have this return form. Orders returned without any information will be returned to stock after 60 days of trying to obtain customer information or 90 days from customer delivery/pickup. Please review return policies before returning any components!

All returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, including all paperwork and instructions. If you return a product to Brian Tooley Racing without all parts included in the original package, Brian Tooley Racing retains the right to refuse the refund of the item in question. Brian Tooley Racing is not responsible for any labor charges associated with a defect, a failure or improperly installed component. The installer will be liable to inspect and review all components before the installation process. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for proper inspection, processing, and refunds to be issued. Please note; we will release your funds as soon as the return process is completed, but your financial institution can hold funds for 1-5 business days after we release them.
Returns Policies:
Specific policies concerning in stock, drop ship, and special-order items are outlined below.
Please note, any custom order components are not eligible for returns.
Return & Exchange Policy: In Stock Items
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else, for up to 90 days from the delivery/pickup date. Following are the specific time periods of our return and exchange policy:
- Up to 30 days from the delivery/pickup date Full refund or exchange
- Between 31-60 days from the delivery/pickup date Full refund or exchange less 10% restocking fee
- Between 61-90 days from the delivery/pickup date Full refund or exchange less 20% restocking fee
Return & Exchange Policy: Drop Ship Items / Garage Sale Items
Drop Ship Items and Garage Sale Items are not eligible for return.
Items Not Eligible For Returns:
*Open-box electrical & special-order/custom-order components are not eligible for returns along with drop ship and garage sale items as stated above.*
Changes To Your Order After The Order Is Placed:
After an order is placed, there can be no changes made.
After a package is shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect to a different address. The order will need to be brought back to Brian Tooley Racing and then re-shipped to the new address from here. We will need to collect a shipping fee for the package to come back to us and then go back out to you. Only if the package is re-shipped will you be charged this additional fee.
3rd Party Purchases:
If you purchased a BTR product from one of our outstanding dealers, please contact the respective dealer for any issues or concerns with your order.

Shipping
REDIRECTING YOUR SHIPMENT AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED:
Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the address or redirect to a different address. The order will need to be brought back to Brian Tooley Racing and then re-shipped to the new address from here. We will need to collect a shipping fee for the package to come back to us and then go back out to you. Only if the package is re-shipped will you be charged this additional fee.
In Stock Shipping Information:
Brian Tooley Racing strives for same day shipment processing for all IN STOCK orders placed before 2:00pm EST.
Due to seasonal volume changes, there will be some orders that wont ship the same day.

Drop Ship Components Shipping Information:
Drop Ship items cannot be shipped Next Day Air. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the vendors to complete these orders and can only offer a guideline of expectations for ship time.
