Converts common Metric GM late-model water temp sensor ports M12-1.5 to a 1/8" NPT female fitting for installing a common aftermarket temperature or coolant pressure sensor. Aluminum contruction includes o-ring seal. LS/LT engines have one of these sensor locations on each head, so you can measure temperature or pressure at the same time.
