We've teamed up with CP-Carrillo and Callies to develop a 426 cubic inch rotating assembly to get some serious cubic inches into your 6.4 Gen III HEMI engine! 

Choose between:

+3CC Flat top pistons with valve pockets for 11.7:1 compression ratio or -12CC Dish pistons with valve pockets for 9.6:1 compression ratio with OEM 2009+ cylinder head, gasket, crank & deck height. Available in 4.090 bore for stock cylinders, and 4.095 bore for engines needing a .005" clean-up cut on the sleeves.

PISTONS—BTR has joined forces with CP-Carrillo and Total Seal to offer a new solution for Gen III Hemi builders looking for a tough boost-ready piston kit featuring high-quality American-made components at a price that won't break the bank! All pistons are made in the USA, manufactured from 2618 alloy for strength and durability.

-Premium Total Seal AP ring set included (Comes standard with 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 3.0mm ring pack that consists of 440B Stainless Steel Tops with a C33 Face Coating, Taper Hook Groove Napier second rings and a 3-piece soft-nitrided rail flex vent oils, specially designed for severe duty applications such as nitrous blowers and turbo engines.)   

RODS—BTR introduces its state-of-the-art Gen 3 Hemi 4340 H-Beam Connecting Rod. They feature heat-treated, stress-relieved and shot-peened bodies. The C/L-C/L length is 6.125" with a 2.100 bearing housing and bronze bushed .9278" pin bore along with a Hemi-specific .050" connecting rod offset. BTR inspects them for bearing housing diameter, pin bore diameter, bend/twist, and C/L length. They are pre-torqued with high-pressure lube and include 7/16-20 x 1.600" ARP 2000 fasteners. A set of 8 rods are weight matched within 2 grams overall. The individual rods weigh in at approx. 668 grams. (BE 472g - SE 196g )Laser marked on the beam with the BTR logo, the rods are individually bagged (VCI) and sealed. They are boxed in sets of 8 or sold separately.

CRANKSHAFT— Callies' excellent Compstar 8-Counterweight crank was chosen for its proven durability in high horsepower applications without breaking the bank. These crankshafts feature 4340 forgings with gun-drilled main journals, counterweights profiled for 6.125" rods, dual-keyed snout for high load superchargers, and 2.100" rod journals. BTR's machine shop inspects each crankshaft before balancing, and balances each rotating assembly within a 0.5 +/- grams.

Balancing that requires the use of heavy metal adds $150 for the first two pieces, and $50 each for any additional pieces needed.
